Enable typing preview to see what your customers are writing

How can you read your customer messages before they actually send the message

If you want to understand quickly what's your issue of your customers to reply even faster, you can enable typing preview easily. 

It's that easy that it comes out of the box without even enabling it

You will see on your conversation dashboard the bubble with the typing preview while they are typing.

If you are not seeing it yet, it's because you just need to have at least a startup plan to have the feature enabled on your account.
