Once you set up the automated questions in the settings for your live chat software to start supporting your customers, it's time to test them out.

The first thing that might worry you is that the automated message don't appear if you set up a required email address field for the leads. Don't worry, to make sure you receive all the information from your leads, we ask to send you their email address first and then the message will be sent. After the message was delivered, the automated questions will appear one by one after each question is answered.
