How to reopen a conversation

See how easy it is to reopen a conversation

If you had a conversation with a client, closed it, and now you need to reopen it to be able to communicate in the same chat, do these steps:

1. Go to your inbox

2. Click on Done under your team name and click on the conversation you would like to open. (To see how you can search for a specific conversation, click here)

3. In the top right corner you will see an arrow in a box button. Click on it to reopen the conversation

4. Go back to the Open and you will see the open conversation open and ready for you to send a message to your client.
The checkmark in a green box will indicate that the conversation is reopened.
