Create a new team

Create a new team to share different conversations with your teammates.

For example, if you have an accounting team, a developers team or a sales team, you can create all of them, assign automatically incoming conversations by using Smart Assignment Rules. So how do I create a new team?

First, you should have some team members to join your team. Have you invited them? If not, check out how to invite new team members.


Open your Project settings on the left bottom corner by clicking on your profile picture

Select Teams from the left sidebar, then click on Create Team.



Once you are here:

  1. Choose an icon by clicking on the icon in the center
  2. Choose a name for your team
  3. Select team members
  4. Save Team (Click on Edit team, and it will save the settings)
