Take a full control of your Profile settings

If you want to set up your profile in Customerly, you can do it in the profile settings.

How do I access the profile settings?

  • Click on the left bottom button and click on "Profile"

What do the profile settings allow me to see and set up?

  • You can change your name and email address. Click on the "Save settings" button in the top right corner.

  • Upload a new profile photo.

    • Click on "Upload new photo" in the "General information" section

    • Drop the image or upload your photo. Recommended: .png square image, max 1 MB

    • Click on "Confirm" and click on the "Save settings" button in the top right corner.

  • Turn on email, desktop, and mobile notifications under "Notification". Click on the "Save settings" button in the top right corner.

    • Switch a toggle by any kind of notification you would like to receive

  • See the password history and change the password.

  • Active sessions. Control and revoke access to your active session

  • Access logs. Check all your account accesses

  • Delete the account. Click on the "Delete the account" button.

  • By deleting the account you will be also leaving all the projects you are in. This is an irreversible operation. All your data will be removed from our database.
    Then hit the "Delete irreversibly my account" button.
