How to tag articles in the Help Center

In this article, we will show you how to tag your articles with keywords.

Tagging an article with the keywords is vital for your customer success. If you want your customers to find any of the correct articles in your Help Center in a few seconds, you need to tag them.

How can I tag articles?

  • Go to the Help Center and click on "Collections".

  • Select an article you would like to tag in the Help Center collection.

  • Once you are in the article editor, click on the Keywords input field and type in any word, and hit Enter key.

  • Save changes in the top right corner.

Note: add words one by one. For example, if you want to add the "read article performance" keyword, each word can be added only one after another: "read", "article", "performance". See the screenshot below.
