Add notes to your contact

When you work in your inbox every day, you find it very useful to leave some kind of a note for your teammates about the customers you work with. This is why you can add notes to your contact in the inbox section. It can be something as 'This customer is in GMT+3 time zone, make sure to send him messages in the morning'.

How do I add a note to the contact?

  • Go to your inbox

  • Go to 'Notes' under 'User info' on the right sidebar

  • Type your note in the typing 'Add note' field

  • Once you typed the whole note, click the 'Enter' key to add it

  • The note will display in yellow and will indicate the teammate who left the note
