Reply button types to send a message to your customers

You will learn how to send a message to a customer to ensure you provide the greatest customer service

If you want to send a message to your customer, you can use three different reply states:

  1. To send a message you need to manually click on the 'Send' button

  2. To use Enter key to send a message

  3. To close conversation automatically once the message was sent

How do I send a message to my customer and how to select my type of reply?

  • Go to your inbox

  • Type in your message in the text box

  • If you want to manually click a button every time when you want to send a message, click 'Send' which is set there by default

  • If you want to hit Enter key every time you need to send a message, click on the three dots icon near the 'Send' button

  • Click on a toggle and it will turn blue on 'Enter to reply'. Now you just need to click Enter key to send a message.

  • If you want to close your conversations automatically as soon as you sent a message to your customer, click on a toggle and it will turn blue on 'Mark as done on reply'.
