What if my video live chat camera is displaying a black screen?

Here are the steps you should take so your clients see you:

1. Make sure you do not have several conversation tabs open because the system will interpret it as you are already on the call

2. If you closed all the tabs and left one tab but it's still not working, click on the top right camera button and give the permission for your camera and microphone to be used in the Customerly live video chat.
