Ciao 👋 In this tutorial we are going to see how you can set up your desktop in order to receive web notifications.
We are going to cover the three main web browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
Before checking your system configuration, please check this tutorial to be sure you are checking all the requirements to get a notification from us.
If you meet all the requirements described in the article and you are still not getting any web notification, let's check your system.
There are three factors involved with desktop notifications:
Browser permission settings
Operating system settings
"Do not disturb" statuses
Let's start with the browser permission settings.

Open your Chrome settings by clicking on the three dots on the top right
Then click Preferences
On the left menu click on Privacy and security
From the list select Site settings
Here select Notifications under Permissions
From here search for app.customerly.com and click on the right arrow
Search for notifications and change to Allow
You are done

Open your Firefox settings by clicking on the three lines icon on the top right
Then click Settings
On the left menu click on Privacy and security
Scroll down to Notifications under Permissions
From here search for app.customerly.com and change to Allow

On the top menu click on Websites
On the left list select Notifications
From here search for app.customerly.com and change to Allow

Click on Notifications & Focus
Search for Chrome or Firefox on the left side
Check if Allow Notifications is enabled
