These are the steps you should take to set up your or one of the teammates' support email addresses:
When you set a teammate as the sender of a campaign the email address used to send the emails will be built in the following form: <username>@<domain>
<username> Is the one configured in the Profile settings for that specific teammate If there is no username specified for the teammate, the default one "info" will be used.
<domain> If a custom domain has been configured for the app, that domain will be used. Otherwise <subdomain>.customerly.io will be used.
So, if you want yourname@yourdomain.com to be used, you need to set "yourname" as teammate's username and to configure "yourdomain.com" in Project Settings > Emails > Outbound
Please note that customerly.io cannot be deleted from the support email because we wouldn't be able to handle the replies from your customers.
