Your project time zones are extremely important for you to set up since they are responsible for:
Business hours
NPS survey delivery
Note: campaigns, surveys, chat triggers, and workflows adjust to your location time (IP address) which is the most natural behavior.
How do I set up my project time zone?
Click on the Settings button on the left sidebar.
Go to the "Project settings" under "Project & Team".
Click on the "Timezone" button and select yours from the drop-down menu or search for it.
Click on "Save changes" in the top right corner.
