How to set up a support email in Profile Settings

These are the steps you should take to set up your or one of the teammates' support email addresses:


1. Go to the Project Settings
2. Then under Project & Team section you will find My Profile

3. Once you are on My Profile page, type in your username in Support email address field

Please note if you have no mail_username set in your profile, the system will use the default fallback "info", it would look like this - info@<subdomain>.customerly.io  and your customers will receive campaign emails, regular emails from info@<subdomain>.customerly.io

In this case, we used the username "victoria" and the Customerly subdomain which is "support" and it looks like victoria@support.customerly.io.
